From May/June 2026. I only start when it feels right. The assignment needs to match what I do and be a genuine challenge. I'm not actively looking, but I'm open.

My preference is end-to-end engagements: from plan through implementation to embedding. That's rarely short work. Think 2 years or longer. Data platforms that truly change require time. Business transformation, data-driven ways of working, governance that sticks. You don't do that in three months.

Hybrid, and flexible in the arrangement. No fixed office days I impose. Sometimes two fixed days, sometimes three afternoons. Depending on the phase and what the assignment requires.

No. One client, 40 hours a week. Longer commitments, full focus. No parallel engagements.

Completely without obligation. Tell me what you're running into. I listen and think in possibilities. I've almost certainly encountered this type of problem before. If it's not a match, I'll say so plainly.

I discuss that in the first conversation, based on scope and duration. The complexity of a stalled platform doesn't lend itself to standardisation.
